A one-time assessment of $750/lot was approved by the homeowners at our 2020 annual meeting to place in reserve for road maintenance.
2024 fees are payable by 06/01/24 - $300/lot -operating
$500/lot- road reserve
for a total of $800 annually.
General HOA fees cover road maintenance, liability & officer's insurance, property taxes on HOA open space & roads, snowplowing, tax preparation, etc.
Failure to pay HOA fees will result in accrued interest, collection fees and levied liens as allowable by the Covenants
